Motunrayo Aderemi

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Motunrayo Aderemi is the founder of The MAE Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women and children through healthcare, education, and social impact initiatives. With a background in Data Science and Business Analysis, Mo brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and compassion-driven leadership to the foundation’s work.Her career spans roles in digital transformation, product analysis, and process improvement across leading organizations, where she developed a strong ability to design solutions that create meaningful change. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mo is deeply passionate about community development, particularly in advancing access to healthcare, education, and wellness for underserved groups. She has a special passion for supporting teenage girls, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities they need to grow into empowered women.

Through The MAE Foundation, she has led impactful programs such as medical outreaches for elderly women, cervical screenings for young women, initiatives for public schools and underserved children, and mentorship for teenage girls, to name a few. By building partnerships with healthcare professionals, educators, and community leaders, she has extended vital services and opportunities to those most in need.Mo’s vision for The MAE Foundation is to scale its reach to a global level, creating sustainable pathways for women and children to thrive in health, education, and personal development. Alongside her philanthropic work, she is also delving into business through her fashion and lifestyle brand, MoEssence, where creativity meets purpose.

Olanike Olubayo-Adedeji

WELFRE & SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Olanike Olubayo-Adedeji is a passionate environmentalist, researcher, and lecturer with a Master’s degree in Forest Ecology and Conservation. She volunteers as the Welfare Director at The MAE Foundation, where she drives initiatives that support the well-being and growth of beneficiaries. An emerging scholar, her research focuses on sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation, and the use of remote sensing in tropical ecosystems. Olanike blends her love for education, service, and community development to create real-life solutions that promote both environmental sustainability and human well-being.

Paul Oyelaram

IT Team

Paul Oyelaram is a skilled data analyst with diverse industry experience and a strong passion for bridging the digital divide. He has organized boot camps and tech sessions for youth and business professionals, both locally and internationally, helping them embrace technology for productivity and career growth. At The MAE Foundation, Paul leads tech initiatives, driving innovation and digital empowerment to create lasting community impact.

Omodolapo Adewale

FOLLOW UP TEAM MEMBER

Omodolapo Adewale is an entrepreneur, business analyst, and CEO of TIORA’s Craft. She is passionate about community development, with a focus on empowering women, widows, and children. Through her work with The MAE Foundation, she supports initiatives that provide hope, skills, and opportunities for the vulnerable. Blending leadership, compassion, and innovation, Omodolapo is committed to building stronger communities and driving both business and social impact.

Habeebat Yunus

OPERATION TEAM MANAGER

Habeebat Yunus is a Biochemistry graduate from FUNAAB with a strong background in community management. She volunteers at The MAE Foundation, where she supports Community Engagement and Program Support, helping to build meaningful connections and strengthen initiatives that create lasting impact. Passionate about collaboration and service, Habeebat is dedicated to driving positive change and advancing the Foundation’s mission.

Christina Akinwumiju

VOLUNTEER

Christina Akinwumiju is a dedicated affiliate marketer who leverages her digital marketing expertise to drive growth and create meaningful business success. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is passionate about humanitarian service and community impact. Through her work and philanthropy, Christina is committed to empowering and uplifting others, using her skills and compassion to inspire positive change.

Adegbola Babatunde Ridwan

VOLUNTEER

Adegbola Babatunde Ridwan is a certified horticulturist and landscaper with a Higher National Diploma and currently pursuing Crop Science & Horticulture at FUOYE. He leads Real’One Horticultural Landscape Services and facilitates training at the Oyo State Agribusiness Development Agency, promoting food security, sustainable agriculture, and urban gardening.

Beyond agriculture, he is a youth leader serving as PRO of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria (Ibadan South-West) and a dedicated volunteer with The MAE Foundation, where he supports initiatives for less privileged children and vulnerable communities.

Bukunmi Ojo

MEDIA LEAD

Bukunmi Ojo is a seasoned musician with extensive experience as a background vocalist, music director, songwriter, and arranger. He also plays and teaches various instruments, enjoys video editing, and manages music projects with excellence. As Media Lead at The MAE Foundation, Bukunmi channels his creativity, leadership, and vibrant personality into impactful initiatives that inspire and uplift the community.

Adetimilehin Aduragbemi S.

FOLLOW-UP TEAM LEAD

Aduragbemi studied Biochemistry at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and is an ASNT-certified Non-Destructive Test personnel with PEG Technicals, an engineering firm in Southern Nigeria. By passion, he is a certified filmmaker, thespian, script editor, actor, and director, with multiple works that spotlight societal issues through empathy and calls for change. At The MAE Foundation, he leads the Follow-Up Team, where he channels his creativity and compassion into helping people, giving back to society, and amplifying the voices of the oppressed.

Taiwo Banjo

VOLUNTEER TEAM LEAD

Taiwo is a communications professional and passionate community advocate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Les Cours Sonny Université, Benin Republic. At The MAE Foundation, Taiwo leads the Volunteer Team, coordinating initiatives that support elderly women and empower children. With a strong foundation in media, public relations, and storytelling, Taiwo blends communication skills with compassion to inspire positive change and strengthen community impact.

Through her service at The MAE Foundation, she embraces kindness as a force for change, dedicating herself to uplifting others and creating lasting impact within the community.

Abiola Adebayo

LOGISTICS Manager

Abiola Adebayo is an expert in Christian Religious Studies with a deep commitment to promoting
moral and spiritual values as tools for social reformation. Passionate about humanitarian service,
he devotes his time and skills to supporting meaningful causes that uplift others.

Driven by compassion and purpose, Abiola’s work and philanthropy reflect his desire to create
lasting positive change through both his faith and his service to humanity.

Bukola Oshokomaya

VOLUNTEER

Adebukola Oshokomaya graduated from the university of Ibadan where she studied psychology
in developing a strong foundation in understanding human and animal behavior and their mental
processes.

Adebukola is a professional fashion designer,skillfully blending creativity and technical expertise
to craft unique and stylish designs. Beyond her professional pursuits,she’s deeply passionate
about adolescent well-being and their mental health. This interest drives her to advocate and
support initiatives in improving the lives of young people,reflecting her commitment to make a
positive impact on her community.

Courage Akinbayo

VOLUNTEER

Courage Akinbayo is a creative fashion designer at KINAGE, where she brings elegance and
confidence to life through timeless native and corporate wear for both men and women. Her
passion for fashion is deeply rooted in culture, self-expression, and sustainability.

A graduate of Forestry and Wildlife Management from the Federal University of Agriculture,
Abeokuta, Courage believes that creativity and conservation can coexist beautifully. She’s also a
proud advocate for the UN Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 11, and 12, championing good
health and well-being, quality education, sustainable cities, and responsible consumption and
production. Through her designs and voice, Courage aims to inspire people to live purposefully,
dress consciously, and make the world a little better, one outfit at a time.

Deborah Julius

VOLUNTEER

Deborah Julius is a passionate community builder with experience in social impact,
business, and communication. She is deeply committed to helping people grow, thrive, and win in
every area of life. Guided by her Christian faith, she believes in service, empowerment, and love
as tools for transformation. She works as a customer care representative, where she developed
strong communication and problem-solving skills while ensuring people felt valued and
understood.

She works with The Mae Foundation as a social media ,creating awareness for lasting impact. As
the founder of Dvora HairHub, she empowers women by enhancing their beauty and confidence.
She is A graduate of Forestry from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.

Janet Bolarinwa

VOLUNTEER

Janet Bolarinwa is a passionate humanitarian dedicated to women’s empowerment, children’s
welfare, health, and community development. A graduate of History and Diplomatic Studies from
Olabisi Onabanjo University, she also holds certifications in Nesternship, human relations, and an
NGO program completed in 2017. With a strong commitment to service, she actively supports
women, men, and children, working to build healthier and more empowered communities.

Oluwasegun Adenuga

VOLUNTEER

Oluwasegun Adenuga is a Nigerian entrepreneur and Managing Director of Adex Aluminum. He
holds a National Diploma in Business Administration and is an active member of Junior Chamber
International (JCI), where he has developed strong leadership and project management skills.

He served as Team Lead for the Get Fit Project in celebration of International Women’s Day and
currently sits on the Board of Directors of JCI Oluyole for the year 2026. Oluwaseun also
contributes to community development through his role on the Operations Team of The MAE
Foundation. Guided by his belief that giving goes beyond money, he lives by the principle that
“none of us can ever run out of something worthwhile to give.”

 

Oluwasegun Oyesanya

Oluwasegun Oyesanya is an experienced Customer Service Representative with a
demonstrated history in the logistics and supply chain industry. She possesses strong skills in
business operations, customer relationship management, follow-up, sales, and service
excellence.With a background in accounting and financial reporting analysis, Oluwaseun
combines analytical precision with people-focused service delivery. She holds a Higher National
Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos, and continues to apply her
expertise to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Temitayo Olukanni

Olanrewaju Adeshina

OPERATIONS

Olanrewaju is a dedicated agropreneur, project manager, and administrator with a strong track record of excellence across the agricultural and management sectors. With over six years of hands-on experience in vegetable farming, he has cultivated expertise in the production of key crops such as bell pepper, habanero, sweet corn, cassava, maize and cucumber. His passion for agribusiness is driven by a commitment to sustainable farming practices, productivity improvement, and value creation within the agricultural sector.

Olanrewaju is an experienced administrator with more than five years of professional experience in organizational management, team coordination, and efficient operational planning. His project management competence complements his administrative and agribusiness skills, enabling him to successfully oversee projects, manage resources, and deliver results that drive impact.
